Annual Homeowners Meeting

The annual homeowners meeting will be held on Monday,  December 3rd at 6:30 PM.  The meeting will be held at Kildeer School.   

At this meeting the 2002 Homeowners Board will be elected and general business will be discussed.  The official meeting notice will be sent in the mail to all residents by McGill Management.

All residents are encouraged to attend.

Snow Plowing Update

The Homeowners Association has contracted with Mitch's Green Thumb Landscaping and Maintenance for snow removal during the 2001-2002 Winter months.

Mitch's will be out to stake off  the streets and the driveways in the next ten days.  If you wish to mark your own driveway, feel free to do so.

Snow plowing of the streets will begin at 2" and the driveways will follow.

If you experience any problems with the plowing, please contact McGill Associates at 847-259-1331

Please Remember.....

*Obey the speed limits and keep a watch for our new drivers

*Our roads are narrow, so pass with care to prevent damaging the lawns of others.

Conservation Areas

Homeowners who would like assistance or need information regarding their conservancy areas particularly in dealing with village ordinances, fall or spring burning and improvements can contact Sara Sturtz at 913-8990.
