Homeowners Meeting
The general homeowners meeting that was scheduled for Monday, July 30th has been re-scheduled for
Monday, August 8th at 7pm.
The meeting will be held at
The Kaiser's House

All residents are encouraged to attend.

At this meeting, the Board will discuss the proposals received regarding the front entrance way.  In addition, representatives from the contractors involved will be present to answer any questions from Homeowners.

This is every Homeowner's opportunity to understand the scale and impact of the project.  We look forward to a strong turnout to ensure a full understanding of a permanent solution to a difficult problem.

The Board has been working very diligently these past few months with contractors and engineers to make certain the subdivision achieves the best overall outcome from this project.

Recent Crime in L.G.

According to a letter sent by the Village to all Homeowner's Associations in Long Grove, in the past few months there has been a significant increase in the theft of items from open garages and from vehicles parked in driveways.

The Village recommends keeping garage doors closed and vehicles locked to deter crime.  Please keep an eye out for unusual traffic or for strangers in our subdivision.

If you see something unusual, please contact the Lake County Sheriff.

New Entrance Sign

By now you have probably noticed that the Bridgewater Farm sign at the entrance to our subdivision has been replaced.  It looks fantastic.......if you didn't know, you would think it was the original!

Unfortunately another sign is "missing".  This time it is a street sign. A replacement has been ordered.

Please keep an eye out for unusual traffic or strangers in our subdivision.

Please see the related story about recent thefts within the Village of Long Grove.

Bridgewater  Picnic

Please mark your calendar for the Bridgewater Farm Annual Sub-Division Picnic.  This year we are planning on having the picnic on Sunday September 9th.   The rain date will be Sunday September 16th......so mark your calendars. The picnic will again be held in the empty field on Burnside Court.

We are STILL LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to help organize the event.  If you are interested in helping out, please contact a Board member or send us an email.

Please Remember.....

*The summer months bring out many new bicyclists in the neighborhood.  Please obey the speed limits and keep a watch for our new drivers

*Our roads are narrow, so pass with care to prevent damaging the lawns of others.

*To be courteous to neighbors when having a party.  Guests should park vehicles on your driveway and then on the easement along your property to prevent damage to others landscaping.

*Have a Happy and Safe Summer!
